Do you know how many sperm a man released when making love? A study counted that a normal guy is capable of releasing two to six milliliters of fluid during ejaculation or about 20 million sperm cells per milliliter.

This means that a man is capable of releasing up to 120 million sperms during sex. However, some are not lucky because the amount released are minimal.

A research conducted at the University of Sydney, Australia, found some interesting tricks to increase male sperm count. They concluded that having a sexual intercourse every day is considered able to improve the quality as well as the number of sperm.

The experts from Australia studied 42 men who have abnormal sperm cells. Normal male sperm usually are shaped like a tadpole, consisting of a head, body and tail. The men who were being studied had small form or some that do not have tails.

As a result, the men who had sex every day could minimize the number of damaged sperm when compared to men who have sex once in a few days. “This trick is able to repair DNA,” said Allan Pacey, secretary of the British Fertility Society, according to WebMD.

You also do not need to worry because sex every day, according to  a sex therapist and psychologist, Joy Davidson, is not only useful for one’s psychological condition, but also physically.
