Try to eat foods that give you enough vitamins and minerals. Many medical experts agree that if you regularly eat healthy foods, you may not need supplements unless your doctor recommend it.

Consult your doctor
Consult your doctor before taking supplements of vitamins and minerals. Ask also side effects that may occur if you also are taking other medications. Ask the right dose to be consumed. This is the only way to prevent dangerous drug interactions.
