Healthy benefits of Almond Milk

Do you like Almond? I like chocolate, and I know almond nut because it is usually used for basic of chocolate bar. This also can be produced to be milk almond. Almond are very delicious, but it also nutritious. Do you know that almond has much nutrition to make us stay well?


Almonds are a source of essential fatty acid and a startling amount of protein. The fact is it takes only ten almonds to equal a half pound of meat. Centuries ago, village healers realized that whole almonds is really difficult to be metabolized by body. Because of that, they created a milky treat from soaked almodns and water plus honey and vanilla. That's the history of almonds milk.

This almond milk has special ability to muffle illness, especially to control a fever, alleviate chest coughs, and heal a baby's crusty scalp or cradle cap.


This is the recipe of almond milk :
1. Soak a cup of almond overnight in water.
2. Discard the water on the next morning.
3. Blend at high speed for two minutes the combination of soaked almonds with 1,5 cups of fresh water, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 5 ice cubes.
